The XM-3150 is built along side the XM-4000Li & XM-5000Li both of which have been proven to be the highest quality electric motorcycle available. The Electric Moped will reach speeds of 45 MPH on a full charge & will travel up to 50 miles. The XM-3150 is a DOT certified Motor Vehicle. This is NOT A TOY SCOOTER. It is likely you will need a drivers or motorcycle license to operate this bike. The XM-3150 comes with an MCO certificate that you take to your local DMV office and exchange for a title (pink slip) & license plate / registration. Each XM-3100 includes a VIN and MCO / MSO certificate that you can take to your local DMV office in exchange for a Title (Pink Slip) and License Plate / Registration. Registering it as a moped will offer the lowest fee's at your DMV office.
This item ships by a trucking company. Shipping is free as long as you pick it up at your nearest terminal. Alternatively you can choose delivery to your door for $50.
